Mark Trotter served as the Associate Director of REEI from 2007-2024. In 2023, Trotter received a special service award from the American Council of Teachers of Russian (ACTR) in recognition of his many years of outstanding service to the field of Russian and to ACTR. He remains on staff as REEI's Reporting and Compliance Specialist.
