REEI 2023-24 Graduate Assistantships
All graduate students (regardless of school) are welcome to apply for 2023-24 REEI graduate assistantships. Those in REEI and dual REEI degree programs are particularly encouraged to apply for the Communications Assistant and Outreach Assistant positions. The Curricular Development Assistant position is open to PhD candidates only (i.e. graduate students who have passed their qualifying examinations and are cleared to register for G901). At this point, we are uncertain as to how many of the GAships will be available for 2023-24, but we are accepting applications for all three positions. REEI GAs work an average of 19 hours/week during each semester. All GAships provide an annual salary of $22,000 (distributed in 10 equal payments from beginning of Fall Semester to end of Spring Semester) and health insurance. The positions of REEI Communications Assistant and REEI Outreach Assistant also provide a tuition remission (covering courses in Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies and/or College of Arts and Sciences only) of up to 12 credits a semester.
